I spent far too long doing things the way I thought I had to. I was buried in the conditioning and beliefs I was raised with. And it wasn't until I fully decided and committed to a better life - that all those old beliefs and patterns that don't fit the new version of me, came to the surface.

And each time I hit a new level or desire, this process happens yet again - everything in the way must come up to be purged and transcended.

It's in those moments when all your shit comes to the surface, where we get the choice - evolve or repeat.

To use it as a chance to rise higher and transform, or run back to your old ways and, of course- comfort.

Yet we all know our dreams don’t grow in our comfort zone - and if you don't know, you soon will.

Your dreams will always require you to go higher. To become the woman who lives out those dreams - before the dream manifests.
Often it comes through a challenge; through anger, hurt, pain, or sadness.

It comes through you being called higher.

Always through the flames. Through the healing. Through more and more becoming who you are.

Through nourishing your body, heart, soul, and you-ness.

Through continuing to be guided. To listening. To evolving. And to trusting yourself so deeply that you can find your own flow and follow the call of your own heart.

In the flow, you don't need control - because you have belief. You have trust that you are led to what you want because you commit yourself to the path and continue to follow the guidance you're given.

Without need, clinging, stressed make-it-happen energy, you're able to see the path to what you want and follow it - because of course there is a divine path through healing and being, rather than force and doing.

And it's the journey I want to deeply guide you through - the journey back to your own heart, to your own flow, to your own soul’s blueprint.
Because you can get there through force and pushing (and it's how I operated for so long) but the results are always ahead of you, outside of you..

or you can surrender to the path on your soul.
