Listen, it’s not your fault for the trauma you endured. It’s not right, okay, or fair what you went through. How quickly you were forced to abandon yourself to feel safe in your world because the adults who were supposed to love you and support you, didn’t.

They had no idea how, because no one taught them.

And so you were the one who suffered.

Perhaps they belittled you, criticized you, manipulated you, abandoned or neglected you, violated your body or your trust, or made you feel weak, unlovable, unworthy, stupid, selfish, spoiled, or anything other than beautifully and wonderfully made..

And because that was your “normal” growing up, you now likely struggle in your parenting and relationships, including the relationship you have to yourself and with the world/money.

The reason being is that all of these areas are a reflection of the relationships we have with our caregivers during our upbringing.

And now sweet friend, it’s up to you to heal so you can have the life you envision for yourself.

Because until you heal the programming and release the trauma from your body, you’ll keep attracting the same triggering situations in different people, or with the same people, over and over again until the lesson lands, the trauma leaves your body, and the program shifts.
